J.T. ... I am trying to get a handle on why I am reading MITA. Recently, I stopped reading the very bearish Bill Fleckenstein and Richard Russell. At the same time, I am wondering why I am reading your MITA thread which is much more generally bullish.

I know that you have had a lot of success J.T., that you are very bright and well respected here (including by me). I have learned some things here, but I am not nearly as technical as you and others here (and becoming more so is not a goal of mine). And I do not see that Rydex and the calls that go with it have been very accurate since at least last July. Most of the time that Rydex has indicated bullishness, I have been solidly profitable by owning S&P puts and being short the S&Ps.

I must be missing something. Maybe Rydex is just having a bad spell.
