You must be speaking about Haider (sp?). The Euro-crats collectively flipped, when his party won majority, and there was no other way to form a government than for the center right party to form a coalition with them.

Joe, I was making a joke.....it was Hitler. I forgot about the Austrian guy, Haider........he makes my German friends go nuts. Of late, he's been pretty quiet.

It's interesting that France was the most active country seeking "sanctions" against Austria. I think there is something Freudean about it.

I have to agree; then again, I don't like the French much so anything negative re them, I support. ;~))

Another aspect of this that's funny is how the Europeans criticized the US for voting in Bush and going from left to right so quickly. Well, Le Pen is so far right, he makes Bush look a little pink around the edges. <g>
