arik, that is a huge consolidation pattern.

is the mother of all bull markets gonna top on a consolidation pattern or some huge violent V top.

thats why i am questioning the doom clause here.

i'm giving it half a shot that this whole movement from 2000 is some kind of 4th wave retracement to the 98 lows.

if we break the 98 lows, that will be another matter,

and it's nothing to wish for.

my only difference is that I think we had a three wave A and are just about done with a flat B of the 5 now and shortly will get another three wave move (C) to around 1010--need a little room for a blowoff top, figure an overthrow of the top line to really get the bulls frothing.<g>
