As usual, excepted that the damage Canada had suffer is never refunded. There should be punishing fee paid to Canadian producer when US lost it case.

Codswollop. As usual the Americans will lose. The money made will be channelled to purchse companies that have been bankcrupted and the Canadians will foot the legal bills. Status quo.

The Americans have tried this tact..how many times in the last 20 years? Four or five? and have always lost. There must be a mechanism or barrier to punish those that bring forth such hardship on a country. Such a nuisance.
