Not yet, I thought the "six month" Naz low was at 1696 set in February, but I think that apart of a bounce here in the 1725 and 1700 area, we are going to go lower. Look at stockcharts.com[s766372]&disp=P We have not made much progress in the indices, but the bullish percent index seems ready to roll over after reaching 55% here, an area where actually major tops occurred, including the January 2001 top before the big February massacre and even more recent tops like January this year. Right now, I am waiting for real fear before I unzip my bear suit, zipped up on the failure to go much above 1830 and hold the 1757 area. Zeev
