If that is so, why was present day Isra-El established there, over the objectives over the native peoples there?

Also, why should Isra-El exist now?

Paul, I have a question for you. Many reporters who go to the Mideast become quite pro-Palestinian. It didn't happen that way with you, obviously. Do you have any insights to share, either on why so many others became pro-Palestinian or on why you didn't?

TIA. BTW, thanks for your previous posts. Getting an experienced reporter's eye view of the conflict is invaluable.
