Zogby's error can be seen by the 31% 'undecided'. He was trying to eliminate the normal trend of people always saying that their own Congressman is OK, while the others are bad. It's a worthy goal for a pollster. But, if he keeps refining it, the numbers will swing wildly. That will cause him problems as the actual election gets near. In a couple months he will no doubt have to go back to the tried and true practice of taking 435 separate polls, and going to the expense of analyzing each one. The parties have already done this, and will continue. Their results are shown in the months-long desperation by the Democrats...
