Am I a politician if I distribute political brochures? No. Do you consider Ari Fleischer a politician? Yes. You make the profession of "consultant" sound like a bad thing. When you pay for the "services" of someone like Karen Hughes or George Stephanapolous, you're paying for access to power makers. Pure and simple. By the way, how long do you think it will be before Ms. Hughes signs a mega-buck deal with Fox or MSNBC to appear a couple times a week on one of the cable TV political squawk shows?
