Respect WW??? If he said his pirce and sold off I'd agree. Attempting to ruin (and doing a good job) a good company only to get his way like a spoiled rich brat--- no respect is deserved. Actually,,,, maybe a shrink is needed for him. This drop hit my S/L for a small profit and I'll be looking for another trade. HWP has not been a company to hold for a very long time. cpq only became a trader 20 months ago. WW has only WW's ego,, not shareholders, as a reason for this-- not a fight but a pissing match. If it were money he earned he would not be blowing it in this manner.

Eric,
Thank you for the compliment.

IMHO MC has done well. He has stayed away from this fight and prepared the company to merge or stand alone. I don't think either side will call him to the stand and that is good.

I have to say that Walter has guts traveling this path. If he has the facts on his side, he is a good guy. If he doesn't have the facts on his side, he is waging an expensive personal crusade. That crusade has been entertaining but costly to shareholders. We will find out when the judge makes his decision.
