i've said since early 2000 that csco seen $6-8 and I would consider buying in the $4-5 range if it gets there in the next 2 years. I would like to see management put an end to stock option grants first. if that doesn't happen I would never own a stock like csco where management creates stock at will and dilutes my shares.

csco is a ponzi stock...plain and simple.

Steve,

Very few companies trade at "book value". If a stock is trading a "book value", is it a strong buy?

For example, Corvis is trading at, or near, book value. Would you say that Corvis is a strong buy?
