Yes, there is a reason.

CYMI would be included if inclusion just depended on the company's current position and the execution it took to get there. Very important criteria I have added are the barriers of entry to competition and what may be called the "robustness" of market position. I believe that there is a reasonable possibility that CYMI could "trip" and lose significant market share. They are really in only one market as a subcontractor with 3 customers, 2 of which prefer a domestic supplier instead of CYMI.
