The Liberals ( current junta ) do one thing very well.They sit on their hands or put their heads in the sand and hope the bogeyman will not be in the closet when they open the door. That and seldom commit or at least tell the good folks what they are up to every now and again.It comes from arrogance and cocky-ness, the likes not seen in this Country since PET. And now they're hiding behind the " Canadian Sovereignty " BS to block or skirt around a number of important initiatives put forward by the US on North American security issues. I can understand why Dubya and Jean don't see eye to eye. The sooner JC takes a hike and moves on to his ultimate goal ( some position on the World Stage ), the better. As for the WTO ,you are right , we have lost and won with maybe equal success/failure as the next country.We are no angels when it comes to international trade issues. PS: Oddly enough..when some did try to carry on a debate here on the FADG regarding Canadian issues, they were deemed " off topic ", if I recall correctly.Of course, being the cute and cuddly folks we are , we let it drop. heh heh heh Regards...
