Ted,

Re: "I am saying it has none because there are no brain waves. Without brain
activity, sentience as we know it is not possible."

Would you make the same statement about a "bald eagle" egg ?? ... Or how
about "unborn" Caribou up in ANWR. Hmmm

Make It So,
Yousef

If there are no brain waves, they pull the plug......the person is considered dead.

That's because if there are no brain waves in an adult there never will be any brain waves. If there was
some odd medical condition that caused your brain to temporarily stop working but somehow didn't kill
you, and your brain waves would start up again a few weeks later and then go back to normal over time
that standard would likely be rexamined.

Also many abortions occur after brain wave activity has started.

Eventually it will form a human being but in the first trimester its still in the developmental stage.

It's a human in its developmental stage. In our earliest developmental stages we have no brain waves.
