Speaking of companies with gold reserves- My favorite for some time has been YWO.V. This company has a drill indicated resource of 600,000 ounces of gold that they are currently drilling to expand.
The property is in Manitoba and is called Monument Bay.
JV partner is Bema, they are spending $3 million in the current program to earn 51 % with an option to earn an additional 19% for another $3 million to hold a total of 70%.

I think they hope to expand the resource to 1 million ounces with this current program.

The other main focus for YWO is their 100% owned High Lake copper/zinc property in Nunavut. It has 5.3 million tons of 4% copper already drill indicated.

They just announced a step-out drill program yesterday.

With copper prices looking like they may move up at year end according to the Globe and Mail- there is lots of action going on.

I guess I just have more faith in the future of the gold mining business.
It sure held up a lot better over the last 6 years than all the doomsayers predicted.

Has anyone else picked up anything concerning HL + BGO? Sounded a bit far fetched to me, but in today's mining world, guess anything is possible.
