In 2000, they were offered over 90% of the West Bank and Gaza, most of the settlements were to be dismantled, and they were offered a chunk of Jerusalem. Arafat walked out because he wanted all of Jerusalem and the Right of Return. Israel can't offer those things.

What can Israel offer?

Z, for starters all of the WB and Gaza.......they were originally intended to be Palestinian. Now, Israel wants a piece of them as well. If I were Arafat, I would turn it down too. The truth is Israel wants all of the WB for itself, and that's why public opinion in the world is running against Israel.
