Spiderman momentum is starting to heat up as witnessed by the buying in shares of MVL. MVL ended the day at $9.10,up 5%. Momentum should spill over into shares of GRIN and other related Spiderman plays very soon. GRIN saw increased buying late in the session, hitting $3.50 before our illiterate REDI seller proceeded to manipulate the stock in the final minutes. These continuos attempts to drive GRIN’s share price lower in the last minutes of trading every day tells us this REDI clown is a buyer and not a seller. GRIN has found much support at the $3 level, much to the chagrin of this clown who is no doubt losing more shares that he is able to shake. Buying volume has not even appeared here yet. With its 900k float we can only hope this REDI clown is net short. Let him buy back at $5! GRIN’s chart is setting up for an explosive run very soon.

Sticking with the Spiderman theme traders should take a look at shares of ZNDT. ZNDT is a manufacturer of high-quality, die-cast, injection-molded and paper products including die-cast collectibles, collectible holiday ornaments, toys, hand-made books, and specialty packaging. ZNDT makes SPIDERMAN die-casts as well as die-casts for the NEXT toy movie Scooby-Doo. Die-cast makers have been on fire in recent months as evidenced by the phenomenal runs in the stocks of ATN and RACN. ZNDT has been all but forgotten by the Street (until now!) as traders continue to chase these stocks ever higher. RACN was in the same position as ZNDT only 1 year ago. ZNDT found support at its 20-day EMA today at $2.15 where it bounced nicely into the close. ZNDT has a nice looking chart here with resistance in the $2.50 area. ZNDT was also chased higher in December on the Harry Potter toy stock spike and should receive similar trader attention in the coming days. A move to the mid $3’s appears q! uite possible given the expected momo that is to surface this week. Keep a close eye on ZNDT. Traders should note that ZNDT is a thinly traded stock like GRIN and should trade accordingly. Use proper trading/portfolio management strategies as with all positions.
