It seems to me that XTND shares are responding to the rec on Tues. morn - lots of greenies piling in - whereas Pumatech has shown a much more extended, substantial (and hence substantive) move. In fact, since the announcement of the lawsuit last year, PUMA has had an incredible ~500% run while, prior to the lemming-like behavior this week, XTND had done nil.

This comparison shows PUMA is, completely contrary to your 'analysis', not simply expected to survive for the foreseeable future, but thrive. And investors over the past ~8 months are quite clearly voting that your gustatory perceptions are an impressively precise total inverse of reality.
