That was Mario Gabelli. There was another clutz on CNBC with him. The other guy claimed he "followed the market", but Gabelli expressed he preferred to go where no one has gone before, investing in bibles. The other guy was impossibly careful. They're both liars. Soon the market will find an excuse to start cookin' and those two will be chasin', and they won't be chasin' what they're pushin'. That's all show, window dressing, in order to look smart to the public. That's the take Fleckenstein who has made onto Cavuto's sham show has expressed. It's safe.
