Michael Skakel? Oh, guilty for sure. Martha Moxley was beaten viciously in the face with a golf club (an unusual brand, owned by Skakel's mother), and raped as well. There have also been reports that Skakel admitted to the murder while at a prep school in Maine for disturbed teens, though I believe the witness who testified to this was a heroin addict and thus discredited. Apparently there's all sorts of new evidence. Dominick Dunne has been follwing the story for a few years now, and has been reporting on it in Vanity Fair magazine. He thinks Skakel's guilty as well.
