haha good response Susan; cant say I have had that experience - although I dont trade futures either ...
but I am thinking about moving to IB also.

But from what I understand is that their commissions are very cheap but as far as any hand holding going on there is none. ie I dont think you can call them over the phone unless they have a problem with their network and and bad order is your responsability.

Commission is important, but also having good phone back up is more important. Thanks for the info will check them out.
