1.Arabs are arabs--they are defined nationally by where the europeans put them. The fact that there are still camps for 53 years says much about how they(arab leaders) wanted this issue to fester and periodically explode to keep existing leaders in region in power by deflecting the masses from focusing on non-democratic and corruption. 2. After the terrorism and the israeli response this is now impossible any time soon so another alternative will be imposed in some fashion by the israelis exercising their right of self defense. If the palestinian moderates has won out two years ago, you might now have two states living side by side in peace. But they didnt.
