2 new customers for cyberdisplay. NKE and Hitachi.

Expect new handsets to drive demand for HBT and cyberdisplay.

Now in 30 percent of all camcorders.

Cash flow positive this Q.

Cash 104.8 mil up from 104.4 last Q.

Most displays for camcorders monochrome

Depreciation 3 mil.

Market share: think we gained market share, have kept all old, add new, gaining share within old customers too

86 per 4 inch, 14 percent 6 inch.

$9.50 for ASP cyberdisplay

$5 mil in cap ex for the year

In 35 space, some competitors going away according to analyst

Don't get exact data on HBT sales. Most new customers InGaP. Better linearity and thermal properties. No new new Out GaP customers. CDMA 1X used a lot more now. Don't know ratio of CMDA/GPRS. Also seeing wireless LAN applications.

Improve GM due to volume in cyberdisplay. Also some benefit from reduced wafer cost

SG&A down in Q due to reduced patent cost due to R&D last year

InGaP 30 percent Out GaP 66 percent, other

CNXT largest customer, Out GaP customer

Expect non-camcorder cyberdisplay wins this year, military and industrial

Expect 2.5 and 3G production model phones later this year

Gain HBT can be used for base stations and optical. Some people evaluating right now.

HBT mostly wireless. A and NT testing and optical customers. Seeing some active in Q1 for olde customers.

SONY has 35 percent market share for camcorders.
RFMD uses out GaP. Still trying to win customers from them. No result to announce to date.
