John, Are these guys on the same page?

ML: "There is no basis for the allegations made today by the New York State Attorney General. His conclusions are just plain wrong."

Guiliani: "There is a problem here; no one is running away from that."

RE:John K-The problem is simply that the SEC has not done their job for years-like GE and IBM and many others more time was spent building up the IMAGE of the Bureau Head--you know like Hollywood than actually doing a quality job and performing their assigned task.---The NASD on the other hand is a tool of the Security Industry Association which is controlled by a few big guys like S. Weill etc who meet in Boca every year to secretly plan the drill.---In short the industry runs the industry.--It is a carbon copy of our own government which is controlled by the media moguls IMO.All the big financial firms are in on the take.Spitzer should be eulogized and sainted IMO.I speak with 43 years experience-Guilliani knows zero about what has transpired-has sold out for $$$$$$$.Selling the Lincoln room style.--MER figures they can buy ANYTHING!!!!!
