Yeah, that goes back to a discussion John and I had for several months. A good deal (more than two thirds) of Cisco's cash on hand is from stock options exercising. However, the cash they are generating now and in the last couple of quarters is from operations, since very few are exercising stock options anymore (most are under water).

I think our free cash flow analysis showed us that Cisco was worth $6-7 a share. Not that I think it will go that low, but it has made me leery of buying additional shares for the long term.
