Since I like talking to myself here...ya'll might also want to check out TRC. Have traded it moderately well, but they are sitting on some nice potential profits with their land...so a long term perspective might be in order. I picked up a few shares this morning in that regard. No oil on their tuff, but they do have a Calpine energy plant paying rent.
