You have to update your Fed Model with revised revenue guidance. Fed Model should now be at least 10% overvalued.

Larry, did you know that the Fed model is based on analysts estimates??

How accurate have those estimates been? Not very accurate, way too high.

I am going to do a little research and see how overvalued the Fed model is if estimates are too high by 2%,5%,10% and how undervalued it is if estimates are too low by the same increments.

PS

Thanks for sharing all your work.

Fed model was 15% undervalued at the fall trough. So we could still go considerably lower. But for many years the market has never stayed in undervalued more than a few weeks.
