"The Osbournes" has its moments. Seeing it a couple times completely satisfied my curiosity. I'm a little too old to be watching MTV regularly, anyway.

You should watch it, if you want to see what affluence does to an anti-culture British burn-out who now has to figure out a way to get the kids to grow up somehow.
It has humorous moments, particularly if you're a fan of power chord bands, but it's like watching the remains of a train wreck.

Decadance at an MTV level, and an indicator to everyone who wonders what the world is going to be like with increasing prosperity, if we don't get replace the Culture of Death in schools and society with human culture. They wander around their house bumbling in an incoherent 60's hangover, trying to recover some semblance of normality.
They'll eventually succeed, but the kids will all be useless idiots, IMO, and will have to live off daddy's trust funds.

It is less repugnant than the news about the Catholic Church Pedophilia Club, and our current crop of warlords who love to teach Afghani children to love the Culture of Death. But that's about it.
