-400 is nothing.
We finally showed some Naz fear today at -1000
-1200 would be panic
Vix and VXN did not really move much.

FWIW the S&P had +1000 Tick today.
Not sure what to make of near panic BUYING in the midst of this carnage. Quite strange.

Personally I think we need 3 days minimum of -1000 ticks before we can have a decent rally.
