Yes, the Bear Market is over! In fact, many companies have retained much of their bloat from the previous bubble. This is not going to be an easy bull market because valuations are high in any company with a heartbeat and many others with low valuations are on life support. I think we have ~8 more months to accumulate quality at almost reasonable prices. Concentrate on technology, not box making (systems vendors), superior track records, and excellent financial performance.
