We're lucky enough to be building on the same property we have always been on, and our house will turn into either a house for the kids if they can find work here, or a guest house when they come to visit.

I know what you mean about home. My mother died while I was still in high school, but Dad kept the house for many years, even though he was living most of the time in NYC. But when he finally sold it, even though I hadn't lived there for many years, it was a lot more of a wrench than I had thought it would be.

So I'm glad we've worked it out that, God willing, home will be the same place for the rest of our and their lives.
