So the SEC's job has increased in complexity and volume at rates greater than the staff increases? That puts them right in there with the chicken inspectors and the air traffic controllers. Rather than hiring every third accountant in the country, how about we just simplify the tax code? Reduce the amount of work instead of increasing the number of workers. JMHO
