I don't see why you brought up Africa in the first place, or how that even compares to the problems in the Middle East. But if Clinton couldn't handle food shipments to a backwater civil war-torn nation, how the heck was he going to handle the Middle Eastern powder keg?

Listen, Ten, you all have yourselves brainwashed that Bush walks on water. Granted he's better than what was expected by the rest of us but he's no JC.

And just because D. Ray does his rants using declarative statements which make his sometimes wild, off the cuff statement sound absolute and the last word, the truth is Clinton did a much better job handling the Middle Eastern powder keg as you call it than Bush has to date. That's not to say that Bush may not do as good a job or possibly even better than Clinton....time will tell. And also understand there has been very little criticism of this president due to 9/11......that will change, probably very soon.
