You took me too literally or i over stated:), but by collapse i do not mean it will vanish into a non-functioning artifact of rusting wires for future archeologist to ponder--hey we will always have e-mail and 'zany' web-sites yada yada. But, have you read about Internet2??? That is where the visionary Internet already exists and is expanding at an impressive pace.One drawback, it cost 500,000 dollars a year to have access to it.Max
