"Canada's Insolvencies in 2001 Set a New Record High! Insolvencies for Canada, in 2001, broke the record set in 1997 by a small margin. There were 104,111 insolvencies in 2001 slightly more than the 103,883 in 1997" "Year to date bankruptcies are up 3.3% (14,488/14,030)" Next time maybe read the link before you post it with misleading commentary.
