I do not recall saying that but rather that I will try to locate it for you and I spent some time looking for it too. re: Iraq publicly claiming that I never said, I said that they are more open about it. To my best recallection, as per article, neither Iran nor Iraq claimed it but Sadam's asked his scientists to work on it openly. I found a note about british intelligence releasing Sadam's call but for secret development project. re: I call BS on that article that is very possible but I remember telling you that that was as per that article and I do not have access to any other sources.
