Milo, I understand why AMD engineers would claim that they don't need NUMA extensions, but I think I'll have to see how real world performance is before I can wholeheartedly agree with them. After all, that's what design trade offs actually are. You gain some, you lose some. No one gets a Free Lunch. Also, AMD has not been executing well. With the exception of Hammer, they've been executing quite poorly. For their sake, I hope that they can at least get one product out the door on time this year. wbmw
