a good story. i do not know the answers. i hope that the IDF on the whole did a good job, I can't expect perfection because that is too high a standard, but if the IDF basically contained looting, and did not target civilians directly, I expect that the truth will be massacred in the UN study. I don't much of the UN, but the article pointed out the difficulties in sometimes getting to the facts in a situation like Jenin.
