On the conference call there's yet another example that Kozlowski still hasn't learned his lesson when dealing with the Street and investors. A questioner thought that the guidance looked pretty low. In response, Kozlowski stated that he thought that the guidance was a "worst case scenario". EARTH TO DENNIS--I don't care if you believe that or not, but DON'T SAY THAT. You have just set expectations above your guidance. That is not smart. Set expectations AT your guidance. If perform better than that, great.
