If this stock gets to 4 I think there is a good chance it will never see 40 because the company will be taken over. Dell management has already made a statement that they would be interested at the right price. Corrections welcome, but my rough stab at the numbers says that at 4, market cap is about 8.5 billion, (based on 2.2B shares outstanding). Subtract the 5 billion in cash and that says EMC is worth 3.5 billion. I'd say a company that is cash rich and needs a storage presence would jump on that. Doubt the stock gets there unless we really do have another meltdown in the NAZ or storage turns out to be the next telecom...
