It seems that the currency markets reacted already so I am not sure if that is caving in to the arabs or just trouble ahead. If the currency markets read the way you read it , it points out that the USD is not a safe heaven currency.

BTW it may well be that the Saudis made a currency play to flex their muscle as European markets were also sharply down this morning.

I'm surpised by the action in crude -- since it didn't fall the last couple of days, I am beginning to think that those calls are the good idea.
