Yes, my dear ursa. ADLAE has fallen from its all time high of $60 and its price of $25, just last month, to $7 today. The off balance sheet financing is THE issue. The downgrades come from lack of explanations and financials and, if they are not provided soon, may be the cause for a de-listing which would trigger some addtional credit events.
OTOH, and IMO, their assets (subscribers) easily cover their debt by a few billion so, the stock has real value but, is trading at a fraction of it.
Reminds me of HC and VPI.

ADLAE got away from me this a.m. but, I think another good market down day and no forthcoming news from the Rigas, (ADLAE majors owners, mgrs)may spook some holders again.
Maybe I'll get spooked first and jump in anyway?

The cable sector is in fine shape. Telecomm is over-crowded and vulnerable.
I'm merely searching for that diamond in the trash bin.
