$1 per month per sub would give the insurer $24 million/yr on a 2 million sub base. I think that is generous.

I don't know the fraud/insurance industry well enough to provide an educated answer.

It looks like the market is beginning to accept the short term concerns and still maintain the long term potential. That's good.
