And one more thing. Check out this post from the CCUR thread which should also serve as a lesson in hanging on to a promising company in this struggling but growing industry:

I accept your point about the promising long term future of interactive TV BUT how and when this all happens is very much up in the air (or should I say is crashing to earth at this time). Look at all of the major players MSFT looks technically very ill (they also shuttered a chunk of their interactive TV effort this week, Adelphia "ADLA" is in all sorts of strife (including a legal class action suite), Liberty "L" stock price looks set to fall of a cliff like MSFT, GMST stock price is locked into a panicked downward spiral (I could go on and on).

I think that we are headed for a major washout (may even re-visit the September lows of last year). This will present a host of opportunities. I suspect that we may see lots of interesting new challenges in the interactive sector. New competitors in the satellite sector and small upstarts such as WOWTV (who promise free digital TV transmission) could end up wrecking the current IMHO overpriced fee structure currently charged by the current major players. This may explain why valuations in the interactive sector are under constant panic attacks by nervous sellers.

With all of this panic going on it is difficult for a minnow like ACTV to get any traction.
