Ooops sorry for the dumb question, I found time to read the whole filing.

"At the record date of spin-off, AQ corporation had approximatley 83,000,000,000 common shares issued and outstanding and IBA, Ltd., 830,000 shares."

LOL fine by me if they roll back AQ 1:10,000 or so.
