Sounds like individual cities can adopt different voting requirements in city elections in Maryland. Republicans have all sorts of ways to keep the disenfranchised in this country from exercising their right to vote. Not dissimilar to what was going on in Mississippi and Alabama back in the '50s.

There are many in the Democrat party who believe that backs should be allowed more votes to compensate for "discrimination". Clinton tried to appoint one of these clowns to his original cabinet, but the Senate stopped him.

There is no guiding moral force in the Democrat party to argue against stealing power through massive vote fraud. They will not stop voluntarily. They must be stopped by right-thinking citizens who wish to preserve freedom...
