OVER Overture Svcs beats by 15 cents, raises guidance (24.50 -1.10) -- Update -- Reports Q1 EPS of $0.48, $0.15 better than the Multex consensus; total revs were $142.8 mln, vs consensus of $128.0 mln. Expects Q2 rev/EPS of $133 mln/$0.27 and 2002 rev/EPS of $473 mln/$0.94, vs consensus of 113.2 mln/$0.24 and $455.0 mln/$0.87. OVER Overture Svcs extends Yahoo agreement for 3 years (25.63 +0.03) -- Update -- Co announces that they have extended their relationship to a 3-year agreement to distribute OVER's search listings through Yahoo! Sponsor Matches. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

look stew-pid, i said here before that i'm not short and that i will get involved when this PIG was gonna hit 40. go check. and another thing, you are caught again for lying. you paid 4 or 5 for those pos calls. you are still under water. goto, over, whatever you want to call this pos, it has always been a pos pig. it has been and will always be. i dont care if the stock price is at 100, 5, 50 20.. i have been batteling this pig since day 1. ever since that pos bill gross brought this junk and his other pos dot coms to the markets. i got involved when this POS was over 100. you are new. a newby. a kid. nothing. worthless..new to the game...
