RE:Criminal-MER was the leader in effectivly stealing people's/their brokers life work.-----Individual courage and real effort is required to build a book and keep it (read make $$ for the clients)keeping them satisfied over a long period of time.--Brokers who are successful at this have never really earned the proper degree of credit because few others could imagine or share the experience. --HISTORY--Brokers were out of business from 1929 till around 1960.MER pushed to get heir brokers to open accounts with "everyone"/greed -when in reality only a few should have been truly qulified-after years of doing this they then decided to fire the real brokers those who would not agree to putting their separate accounts -hard won client $$$-into the MER propritary mutual funds-this dirty trick woild then take control of the client's money-funds hard-won by the broker- "away from the broker"-in effect MER was stealing the the brokers business!!!.They then manipulated the naive investors into thinking only DIVERSIFICATION/mutual funds and IPO cheerleading etc.Now after stealing trillions from their own brokers separate accounts (by the threat of being fired if the brokers did not comply)-and into their 163 worthless/mediocre mutual funds they deserve to be put out of business!I look for the stock to go to 25 or lower.Bes twishes MR Spitzer.
