I know the passage well, "Let him who thinks he stands, take heed, lest he fall!" My wife can tell you all about Mr.TATRADER...On top of the world, great profits, Mr.Boaster...Look at all the money I am making...Took a 3 week trip to Europe, bought a nice Grand Cherokee Jeep, new computers,etc..etc... Then the wise guy lost it all... My problem in trading in the past has been my own emotional self...One of my old trading friends from Boston, his name was frank(stocktalk) told me I had the makings of not just a good trader but a great trader..That is if I ever got my emotional self in check..Yes, you may know all the rules, but if you don't have your head on straight with trading, you will break your own rules and be destroyed...One of the hardest things I just couldn't do regularly was set stops....Call it pride, call it, you don't want to admit you were wrong, call it stupidity... All the best to you Dale in your trading...Have enjoyed your comments over the years...Always think of you off in some foreign country somewhere, burning the midnight oil, trying to find some good value stocks...
