A bunch of optical equipment makers have an MCFVS under 2; AVNX/OPLK,RSTN,EXTR,NUFO,etc... but I have to figure that their relative values will be false due to falling FVs. The bleeding in the industry isn't over, so we have to assume that the losses will take their toll on future asset values, IE operating losses reducing company value.

Here are a few that seem appropriate for this thread:
A (Agilent)= 1.9
VECO = 1.9
INTT = 1.9
MSCC = 1.8
STXN = 1.6
AFCO = 1.5
AXTI = 1.5

Note that TXCC = 4.5 They may not be as attractive as their cash level might suggest.

A few more examples:
AMAT = 8.2
KLAC = 7.6
CYMI = 5.6
ENTG = 4.3
ATMI = 3.7
ASYT = 3.1

Note that Agilent lost $300 Mil in their last qtr and AMAT had operating income over $560 Mil, so the market reflects this strength in the company's market cap.
