Hydrogen power and renewables - So long as conservatives drag their heels and say it can't be done, it won't be done. Dick Cheney is the last of the stubborn dinosaurs. He knows it can be done but he doesn't want us to try it because it could threaten his old guard power base. This mentality is what is holding this country back on many fronts. Short-sighted greed will mean long-term losses. Only the government can afford to invest very long-term. So we need government leaders with vision - that is forward not backward.
